So I've just got through 40 applicants for a part time job promoting my free online marketing offer, I want a virtual assistant on Odesk and I don't seem to be getting anywhere. I supplied a 5 minute task that 38 of them ignored totally, the 2 that did the task their results were dreadful, one of them told me Phuket was in Australia and supported it with beach side pictures of Phuket, any clues anyone?
